Who is fighting your battles?

One of the hardest things to do when you are facing the threat of turmoil in your life, whether brought on by your own actions or the actions of others, is to step back and not worry about the outcome. In most, the “fight or flight mode” kicks in along with the unpleasantries of fear and anxiety. Worry rears its ugly voice only about all the negative possibilities of what may be…. So, I have to ask why?

Promise after promise after promise has been given not only to those that came before you, 4,000 years ago, but those same promises have been given to you. Even onto your children, their children, their children’s children are partakers of these same promises. The Lord GOD, the same now as He was then and always will be made these promises that have been kept from the very first promise given. He does not do for one that He does not do for another, He is my protector and He is yours too. He stands to fight my battles even as He has stood fighting yours. All this is proven in Scripture, the Word of GOD, that says, “Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your GOD shall fight for you.” (Deuteronomy 3:22)

Nations after nations are named throughout Scripture, such as “The children of Ammon” known as the Ammonites, there is “The children of Lot” known as the Zam-zum-mims, along with “The children of Esau” and so on. Even though these nations became mighty and served the purpose of GOD to make the way for “The children of Israel” to flourish and survive on their way to their promised land, flowing with milk and honey. There is another nation that is not mentioned in to Old Testament and even obscure throughout the New Testament, a nation among nations, living in plain sight but kept in secrecy unto the End Times, the last chosen nation of GOD called “The children of GOD”.  This nation within itself is known as “The Body of Christ” and is comprised of individuals that span the entire Earth with one thing in common, they are all believers of Jesus Christ.

“The Body of Christ” is a nation of sanctified believers, forgiven by GOD, for GOD’s Glory. We are forgiven of our trespasses and transgressions. We are all sinners that have not been given our just dues…. for what reason? For the Glory of GOD! The Word of GOD proclaims:

“For GOD so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

“By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Hebrews 10:10)

Jesus praying for His disciples asking the Father, “And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them my word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou should take them out of the world, but that thou should keep the from evil. They are not of this world, even as I am not of the world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth. Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; That they all may be one; as thou, Father, are in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou has sent me. And the glory which thou gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou has sent me, and has loved them, as thou has loved me.” (John 17:13-23)

We are “One Nation” among many nations, among the darkest recesses of human existence. We have been set aside for His Glory and for His purpose. We are His chosen in which He fights our battles and in the midst of those battle, He gives us His peace and understanding that the world marvels at. Fear and anxiety have no place to dwell when residing in the presence of our Lord GOD. GOD has shown His favor in this Christian Nation as the proof of which you are reading this message. The Word of GOD proclaims,

“For what nation is there so great, who has GOD so close to them, as the Lord our GOD is in all things we call upon Him for?” (Deuteronomy 4:7)

Our Lord our GOD is very close, we are the Body of Christ, we are His Temple and He lives in us, through us as a light unto all the nations of the Earth. The darkness that blinds those that have refused His call flees in the piercing light of GOD’s presence leaving our enemies vulnerable and no where to hide. You and I were there once and we know the grass is not greener on the other side. There are still some of GOD’s chosen lost in that darkness, in which GOD has guided your footsteps to follow the path leading to those that need to see His light.

“He that believeth on Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of GOD. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For everyone that does evil hates the light, neither comes to the light, unless his deeds be reproved. But he that doeth truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they may be practiced in GOD.” (John 3:18-21)

For you, the One GOD called before the foundation of the earth and the heavens, the one willing to yield yourself to His call believing on the name of Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, allow GOD to shine in your life. He is the good shepherd in search of His lost sheep. With His rod and His staff, He fights your battles to reach that one that feels forgotten. In the victory of your battles, GOD’s light shines forth beaconing those that are afar off. They come to you to see what is different about you in your time of victory finding the light that shines forth opening the eyes of the blind to see His Glory unto their salvation.
